The Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has changed its official logo. MOFA had already moved on from the previous central government logo - the hibiscus logo, to its own version of the nation's taegeuk circle of three colors with an overlay of a latitude marked globe.

Now, MOFA has come in line with the central government directive to utilize a newer version of the taeguk. The new logo was unveiled by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, together with the Ministry of the Interior on 15 March.
